Full time jobs are usually jobs that require to work in-house (in the office of the respective company). Full Time jobs are paid. In very rare cases they can be unpaid, e.g. when equity is involved.
It’s called a Freelance Job when you are not directly employed at the company that is looking to hire. The job is contract based and often either bound to a single or a group of projects.
Every timeframe below a full time job is a part time job in case you a hired directly into the staff of the company.
Internships are used as a job training (e.g. by students) to gain more experience. As mentioned, it is a job training. If the company is neither teaching the candidate with someone in charge, nor handing out a certificate at the end of the training, it is not an internship at all.
Voluntary jobs are a great way to gain experience or extend the skillset for a paid job in the future. It can happen that an unpaid volunteer job turns into a paid position later on. If a job is incentivized but unpaid, it belongs here.
